PPVE-tetrafluoroethylene copolymer, referred to as PFA, is a meltable polytetrafluoroethylene. PFA powder coating is specifically designed for electrostatic spraying processes with excellent heat resistance (with a continuously use temperature up to 250°C), outstanding chemical resistance (almost immune to corrosion by most chemicals), high hardness and excellent non-stick properties. This powder coating is suitable for applications in high-temperature environments, such as anti-corrosive equipment, wear-resistant part seals, insulators, equipment linings (e.g. pump valve bushings), mold release coatings, printing guide rolls and chemical containers. It usually requires a primer to enhance adhesion and performance. It maintains good strength still at high temperatures up to 250°C.

Thin Film: For coat of 30 to 100μm in color of clear, white and black.

High Build: For coat of 100 to 1000μm in color of clear, white, black and green.

Rotational Molding: White powder, rotary molding, for clear coat of 500 to 1000μm.

Primer: Excellent adhesion to substratets.
