Ethylene-tetrafluoroethylene copolymer, referred to as ETFE, has excellent mechanical properties, weather resistance, flame resistance, gas barrier, and chemical resistance, etc. Its tensile strength (≥40 MPa) and impact are superiority. It also has the characteristics of radiation resistance, strong adhesion to surfaces. ETFE powder coatings are specially designed and optimized for electrostatic spraying process. With compatible primer and processed by electrostatic spraying high-temperature sintering curing, it is mainly applied to chemical equipment, pipeline anti-corrosion, steel structure, membrane structure coating, etc.

Thin Film: For coat of 100 to 500μm in color of clear, white, black and green.

High Build: For coat of 500 to 1000μm in color of clear, white, black and green.

Rotational Molding: White powder, rotary molding, for clear coat of 2000 to 8000μm.

Primer: Excellent adhesion to metal surface with thickness 10-15μm.
