FEVE resin is formed with chlorotrifluoroethylene (CTFE) or tetrafluoroethylene (TFE) as the main co-monomer and vinyl ether compound with functional group. It is mainly used for industrial coating, crosslinked with amino resins or blocked isocyanates. FEVE resin has a good compatibility, excellent weather resistance, chemical resistance, excellent salt fog resistance, etc.
CTFE type FEVE: it is a solvent based FEVE fluorocarbon resin, which is formed with chlorotrifluoroethylene (CTFE) as the main co-monomer and vinyl ether compound.
Application: used for high performance coil coating and decoration, heavy duty coating, industry and architecture coating, aluminum panel, steel panel, shutters, bridges, etc.
TFE type FEVE: it is a solvent based fluorocarbon resin, which is formed with tetrafluoroethylene (TFE) as the main co-monomer and compound including functioned group to low the crystallization of fluorocarbon resin.
Application: used for high performance coil coating and decoration, heavy duty coating, industry and architecture coating, aluminum panel, steel panel, shutters, bridges, etc
FEVE powder: it is a thermoset FEVE resin in powder form, FEVE powder has a more strictly alternating structure, with excellent storage stability, super weather resistance, excellent chemical resistance, excellent salt fog resistance, etc. It is mainly used in powder coatings and crosslinked with blocked isocyanates. Potential applications for coatings include architecture aluminum, steel structure, ship parts, chemical equipment, etc.
Application: used for aluminum construction, steel, automotive parts, stadium equipment, traffic signs, ship parts, chemical equipment, etc.
