PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene), a fluorocarbon-based synthetic polymer known for being extraordinarily slippery, heat-resistant, and nearly impervious to chemicals, is extensively utilized in various industries and products. For example, PTFE is a preferred material for electrical and thermal applications like coil separators and terminals, as well as high-temperature seals, insulators, and bearings due to its low coefficient of friction, excellent electrical properties, high chemical resistance, and stability over a wide range of temperatures.
Suspension grade: Medium particle size around 200micron and fine particle size around 25micron PTFE resin, suitable for compression molding.
Application: compression molding for plates, rods and films; processing high strength filling products; electrical insulation.
Dispersion grade: High molecular weight and medium molecular weight dispersed PTFE resin with good flexing resistance, good pressure resistance and heat resistance, suitable for paste extrusion processing technology.
Application: For the production of tape/short fiber, long fiber, sewing thread; for the production of unidirectional/bi-directional stretch film, air filter film, garment film, precision filter film; processing extruded tube; binder for lithium battery, dry electrode and solid-state battery.
Aqueous Dispersion: This grade is PTFE concentrated dispersion, milky white or slightly yellow.
Application: Anti-drip agent, non-stick coating, impregnation; PTFE-based copper-clad laminates.
